About

Not Your Typical Startup
We believe in making small bets, failing fast, and being better together. We are on the lookout for individuals who share our belief in the future of artificial intelligence (AI)—visionary problem-solvers, out of the box thinkers who strive to solve big problems for customers, and early tech adopters driven to achieve success. We don’t hire for fit; we hire to add. We want team members who exemplify our core values and are passionate about AI.
If you thrive in a dynamic setting and are eager to collaborate with a diverse and exceptionally talented team, we want to connect with you!
Our Core Values
Gritty
We are entrepreneurial, determined, and resilient, pushing through challenges to achieve our goals and continuously striving for innovation and excellence in everything we do.
Humble
We listen to data, embrace new ideas, admit limitations, and take ownership to solve problems. We constantly push ourselves to improve and excel.
Agile
We make decisions using “little bets,” creating a safe space to take risks. This process lets ideas fail fast or scale iteratively, allowing us to refine and improve our approach together.
Happy
We ignite passion with a dynamic work environment where tap dancing is encouraged, common sense prevails, and team members find joy in being their authentic selves.
Investing in Our Team
Exponential Growth
You’re joining a fast-paced startup that empowers you to take control of your professional goals. Every full-time employee receives a professional development fund, along with an individual development plan that serves as a roadmap for success.
Uncapped Time-off
Life happens, unexpected events come up, and everyone needs a break. Take the time you need when you need it—guilt-free.
Unmatched Culture
We work with some of the best and brightest in the business. Period. Which means we actually enjoy spending time together. You can be YOU here. From our Slack channels to how we interact in the office—good vibes and humor are always welcome.
Hybrid Work Environment
Team members have the flexibility to achieve goals from home in sweatpants or collaborate in person at any of our office locations across the country. We don’t stick to a 9-to-5 schedule—you set your hours, meet your deliverables, and choose where it all happens.
Competitive Benefits
Full-time, permanent team members can expect a comprehensive benefits package that goes beyond basic health coverage, including matching GRSP, a health spending account, additional mental health services coverage, and more.
The Interview Process
1
Apply
Our talent team will contact you if your application meets most of our criteria—expect a 30-minute video call. If you advance to the next round, you’ll get an email. At this stage, we won’t provide specific feedback.
2
Initial Screening
This is a detailed interview with the hiring manager. For technical roles, there will be a technical interview or assessment. We’ll ensure you’re well prepared and understand what’s ahead. It’s fun, we promise!
3
Interview / Technical Assessment
After the first interview, you’ll move to a virtual panel interview with no more than four people. This stage focuses on handling tricky scenarios and gives YOU the chance to ask insightful questions.
4
Reference Verification
We do these things called references. We know—weird, right? Who would give a bad reference? Well, it’s not about finding the bad—It’s about gathering more data on how to best lead and motivate you.
5
Background Check
Non-negotiable. All AltaMLers must have a clean and clear criminal background check.
6
Offer
Your phone will ring with good news—please answer it! We’ll review the offer and total rewards in detail. We’ll be crossing our fingers and toes while we wait for your acceptance.
Application process may vary dependent on role.

About the Role
If you've worked in a B2B2C environment — selling to a business that serves its own customers — and you know that a signed deal doesn't mean adoption, this role is for you.
At Brilliant Harvest, our customers are equipment dealerships. Their customers are farmers and construction equipment operators. Your job isn't just to make the dealership happy — it's to help the people inside the dealership become the ones who drive our platform forward.
The goal is for dealers to not need you. You get in, build champions, create the habits and tools they need to run with it. This position is perfect for those who find greater fulfillment in empowering others to succeed independently than in being the primary point of contact.
Key Responsibilities
-
Identify and train internal champions at each dealership — the people who will carry adoption forward long after your visit.
-
Run onboarding and training sessions designed to create self-sufficiency, not dependency. Leave them with the confidence to train their own team.
-
Understand the dealership as a business (their metrics, pressures, goals) AND the day-to-day experience of the farmers and operators they serve — and connect both to the value of our platform.
-
Track adoption and engagement at the dealership level; identify where things are stalling and help remove the blockers without becoming the bottleneck yourself.
-
Build relationships deep enough that your contacts proactively share what's working, what isn't, and what their team needs next — without you having to ask.
-
Earn trust and drive change without a mandate. You're not there to tell anyone what to do — you're there to make the better way feel obvious.
-
Build training resources — guides, playbooks, short videos — that a dealership team can use on their own, without you in the room.
-
Create materials that speak to different roles inside a dealership: service techs, parts advisors, service writers, managers. What motivates each of them is different — and your materials should reflect that.
-
Capture dealer wins, customer stories, and real-world use cases that help other dealerships see what's possible and get there faster.
-
Be the voice of the customer back to the Product team. You're in the field — you'll hear things nobody else does.
-
Document patterns: recurring friction points, unmet needs, what's resonating and what isn't. Bring it back in a form that's useful, not just a running list of complaints.
-
Help translate product updates into plain-language communications that actually land with dealer teams — release notes that a service writer would actually read.
Dealer Enablement & Champion Building
Training & Enablement at Scale
Feedback & Product Loop
Qualifications & Skills
-
B2B2C experience — you've worked in or alongside businesses that serve their own end customers, and you understand what it takes to drive value at both layers of the relationship.
-
Background in customer success, account management, or enablement — ideally in ag, with equipment dealerships, or in a SaaS/technology environment.
-
Real familiarity with how equipment dealerships operate — service departments, parts counters, the way decisions actually get made on the floor.
-
Proven ability to influence without authority. You've gotten people to change how they work without being their manager — and it stuck.
-
A train-the-trainer mindset. You measure success by how well people perform without you, not by how often they call you.
-
Experience building scalable enablement tools — not just solving one-off problems for one customer at a time.
-
Strong communicator, written and verbal; comfortable presenting to a group on a shop floor or in a Zoom with a leadership team.
-
Some background in content creation is a plus — guides, decks, short videos, anything that works at scale.
-
Willing and able to travel approximately 25% of the time — dealerships, farm sites, wherever our customers are.
-
Remote-capable and self-directed. You own your outcomes.
What Will Set You Apart?
-
Experience driving adoption of a new tool or process inside a business that didn't ask for change — and actually making it stick.
-
The ability to walk into a room as an outsider, earn trust quickly, and leave with people genuinely bought in and ready to run.
Why Join Us?
-
Be part of a high-performing team led by Remi Schmaltz, an entrepreneur with decades of experience launching and growing agriculture businesses.
-
Remote-first role with a flexible work environment.
-
A front-row seat to how AI is changing the way equipment dealers, farmers, and contractors work.
-
A collaborative culture that values growth, learning, and impact.
-
Competitive compensation, ESOP, and benefits.

AltaML is seeking a Director, Client Success to own delivery outcomes, client relationships, and portfolio health across our most complex engagements. This is a senior leadership role that sits at the intersection of delivery, strategy, and customer success, accountable for ensuring that clients realise measurable value from everything AltaML builds and deploys.
The Director, Client Success retains the same strategic mandate, now aligned to industry-standard terminology that reflects what the role truly does: build enduring partnerships, drive adoption, and translate delivery insight into lasting client impact.
Reporting into the GM, Enterprise AI, the Director, Client Success is accountable for what happens once engagements begin: delivery quality, stakeholder satisfaction, and renewal.
Client Success & Relationship Management
-
Serve as the senior client relationship owner for all active engagements within your portfolio, the primary escalation point and the face of AltaML’s delivery function.
-
Ensure clients are actively using and deriving measurable value from what has been delivered, identifying friction early and driving adoption strategies with the delivery team.
-
Identify renewal and expansion opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with the Vertical Lead to maintain a healthy pipeline of follow-on work.
-
Minimise churn by maintaining strong executive-level relationships and acting quickly when client health signals decline.
-
Navigate politically sensitive stakeholder environments with discretion, ensuring AltaML is consistently positioned as a trusted partner — not just a vendor.
Delivery Oversight
-
Own outcomes across delivery ensuring every active engagement meets its commitments.
-
Oversee AI Architects (AIAs) embedded in client engagements (where applicable), with accountability for team performance, delivery quality, and risk escalation.
-
Apply sound judgment to PDM deployment decisions: assess stakeholder complexity, reporting burden, and coordination overhead before assigning dedicated project management resources — PDMs are earned by complexity, not default.
-
Manage developer allocation in partnership with Tech Leads, flagging capacity conflicts and context-switching risks before they become delivery problems.
-
Lead scope management discipline — enforce change order processes, protect teams from overextension, and ensure clients understand what is and is not included in base delivery.
-
Conduct or oversee milestone and budget reviews as part of standing weekly portfolio governance.
Portfolio Strategy & Business Development
-
Partner with the Vertical Lead on account strategy — surfacing delivery insights, flagging upsell and expansion signals, and advising on how sales conversations should be structured to set realistic delivery expectations.
-
Identify repeatable product opportunities emerging from delivery work and bring them directly to the Director of Product to ensure promising ideas are prioritised and not lost.
-
Contribute to proposals and statements of work by providing delivery scoping expertise and realistic effort estimates grounded in operational experience.
-
Maintain situational awareness across the vertical’s pipeline and represent delivery capacity and risk in strategic planning conversations with senior leadership.
People Leadership & Team Development
-
Manage and coach PDMs and, where applicable, AIAs embedded in your portfolio providing feedback, removing blockers, and developing the next generation of delivery leaders at AltaML.
-
Model the culture and operating standards AltaML expects: accountability without defensiveness, proactive escalation, and delivery that operates like a business regardless of sector.
-
Support onboarding of new delivery hires into your portfolio, ensuring continuity and context transfer when team compositions shift.
-
Participate in internal org design and delivery methodology work, contributing a practitioner’s perspective to how AltaML scales its operating model.
What You Bring:
-
7+ years of experience in client success, delivery management, consulting, or a senior client-facing delivery role with demonstrated accountability for outcomes, not just activities.
-
Proven ability to manage executive-level relationships in complex, politically sensitive environments including government, regulated industries, or large enterprise.
-
Experience leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams, including coaching and performance management of project managers, product managers, or consultants.
-
Strong working knowledge of agile delivery methodologies, project governance, and scope management including how to enforce change orders and protect team capacity without burning client relationships.
-
Comfort operating in AI, data, or technology-adjacent domains you don’t need to be a technical practitioner, but you must be able to engage credibly with engineers and architects on delivery risk and trade-offs.
-
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to distil complex delivery context into clear executive summaries and present risks without creating alarm.
-
Experience using generative AI tools in their day to day work.
Nice to Have:
-
Familiarity with AI or machine learning solution delivery including how to manage client expectations during model development, validation, and change management phases.
-
Background in Project Management and/or Product Management.
-
Background in a client-facing role at a technology consultancy, professional services firm, or SaaS company managing enterprise accounts.
-
Experience identifying and developing product opportunities from delivery work, including conducting market research, competitive landscape analysis, and presenting business cases to senior leadership.
We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who builds software in an AI-native way — someone who treats Claude and the latest agentic coding tools as a core part of their craft, not a novelty. In this role, you will contribute to the technical delivery of ML-powered applications across cloud services, APIs, and modern front-end frameworks, with Claude Code, the Claude API, and agentic workflows woven into how you design, build, and ship.
You will be an active contributor within your project pod, shipping features end-to-end, participating in technical design discussions, and growing your ability to translate business requirements into well-engineered solutions. You will take ownership of your work — writing clean, reviewable code, contributing to shared internal frameworks, and continuously developing your fluency with AI-assisted development.
You will thrive in this role if you are a builder who leans on Claude Code to move fast without cutting corners. You write clear specs, review AI-generated code critically, and know when to delegate to an agent versus when to handcraft. You are curious about where LLMs fit (and where they don’t), and you bring a practical, evidence-based instinct to that question.
What You'll Do:
-
Implement features end-to-end across front-end, back-end, and cloud infrastructure layers, taking ownership from design through deployment
-
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and cloud-hosted services, primarily on Azure, following established architecture patterns and security standards
-
Develop front-end components using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, with attention to usability, performance, and maintainability
-
Write unit, integration, and API tests as a standard part of delivery — not an afterthought — using frameworks appropriate to the stack (xUnit, Pytest, Postman, or similar)
-
Use Docker for local development, environment parity, and containerized deployments
-
Manage work in Git with clean branching, meaningful commit history, and effective collaboration with AI agents in the same workflow
-
Build features that incorporate LLM calls via the Claude API or Azure OpenAI, including prompt design, context management, response handling, and cost-aware API usage
-
Implement RAG components and tool integrations as part of product features, working within established architecture patterns and contributing to their evolution
-
Write evaluation harnesses for LLM-powered features: regression tests for prompt behaviour, output quality checks, and agent tool use validation
-
Document LLM feature behaviour clearly: what the system does, what it does not do, known failure modes, and the guardrails in place
-
Develop growing awareness of when LLM-in-the-loop is the right architecture decision versus a conventional software approach — and contribute that perspective in design discussions
-
Participate actively in epic-level and feature-level design discussions, contributing well-reasoned proposals backed by research or prototype evidence
-
Use Claude to accelerate technical research: explore design alternatives, evaluate libraries, and investigate unfamiliar domains quickly — then synthesize findings into a clear recommendation
-
Identify and flag technical risks within your work scope early, with enough supporting detail for the tech lead or architect to make an informed decision
-
Produce clear technical documentation: decision records, implementation notes, and design summaries that a future team member can act on
-
Use Claude Code and AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and similar) as a standard part of the engineering workflow — for prototyping, code generation, refactoring, documentation, and debugging
-
Write clear, well-structured prompts and development specs that enable AI agents to produce useful, reviewable output — not vague instructions that generate noise
-
Review AI-generated code with the same rigour as human-authored code: check for correctness, edge cases, security issues, and maintainability before merging
-
Develop growing fluency in agentic development patterns: structuring repos for agent navigation, decomposing tasks into agent-friendly units, and knowing when human authorship is the right call
-
Contribute to internal discussions on AI tooling effectiveness — share what is working, what isn’t, and help refine the team’s approach
-
Participate in code reviews constructively — give specific, actionable feedback and incorporate peer feedback into your own work without defensiveness
-
Collaborate closely with ML engineers, data engineers, and product managers within the pod, understanding adjacent work well enough to minimize integration friction
-
Contribute reusable components, utilities, and internal skills to AltaML’s shared libraries
-
Engage in sprint ceremonies, stand-ups, and retrospectives as an active team member — raise blockers early, communicate progress clearly, and contribute to continuous improvement
-
Proactively seek feedback from peers and tech leads to accelerate your own growth toward senior-level ownership and technical leadership
Full Stack Feature Delivery
LLM Feature Development
Technical Design & Problem-Solving

-
Strong working experience with cloud services, ideally Azure (Functions, App Service, Blob Storage, Azure OpenAI, or similar)
-
Proficiency in a modern object-oriented language — C#, Python, TypeScript, or equivalent — with a clear point of view on writing clean, maintainable code
-
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services
-
Solid front-end experience with a modern JavaScript/TypeScript framework (React, Vue, Angular, or similar)
-
Experience writing unit and API tests as a standard part of delivery (xUnit, Pytest, Postman, or similar)
-
Comfortable with Docker for local development and containerized deployments

Familiarity with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Autogen, or similar)
-
Experience writing evaluation harnesses or regression tests for LLM-powered features
-
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar)
-
Prior experience in a consulting, applied AI, or client-delivery environment
-
Contributions to open-source projects or internal platforms
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Specialist to join our team at Brilliant Harvest. This role sits at the intersection of product and operations — you'll work closely with our product team to ensure the quality, structure, and reliability of the data that powers our platform. A core part of this role involves applying hands-on knowledge of heavy equipment to validate, enrich, and quality-check the information our product surfaces to customers. Through data entry, content review, and workflow coordination, you'll play a key role in shaping how equipment knowledge flows through our product and reaches the technicians, operators, and dealers who depend on it.
In addition to core product and data entry work, this role will also support coordination with third-party partners and contribute to operational processes that keep our data workflows efficient and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
-
Review and enter structured data from documents and raw sources into our platform, including equipment service manuals, technical specifications, parts information, and operator guides.
-
Apply equipment domain knowledge to validate that data entries are technically accurate, contextually correct, and consistent with how equipment is actually used in the field.
-
Assign metadata, categories, and keywords to improve searchability, consistency, and usability across the product.
-
Verify that AI-generated or system-produced answers, recommendations, and outputs are accurate, complete, and aligned with the source documentation — flagging anything misleading, incomplete, or technically incorrect.
-
Add contextual notes, corrections, or clarifications to improve the accuracy and usefulness of product responses.
-
Identify patterns, errors, or gaps in equipment data and escalate appropriately to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
-
Serve as a domain-informed reviewer of product outputs, ensuring that answers, search results, and recommendations reflect real-world equipment knowledge and not just surface-level pattern matching.
-
Cross-reference product responses against source materials (service manuals, OEM documentation, technical bulletins) to confirm factual accuracy.
-

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer who is passionate about building high-quality software in an AI-native way. Someone who treats Claude and the latest agentic coding tools as a core part of their craft, not a novelty. In this role, you will own technical delivery end-to-end, from shaping the architecture of ML-powered applications to leading implementation across cloud services, APIs, and modern front-end frameworks, with Claude Code, the Claude Agent SDK, and the Claude API woven into how you design, build, and ship.
You will act as the technical backbone of your project pod, balancing hands-on development with technical leadership, architectural decision-making, and client-facing collaboration. You'll lead epic-level solution design, mentor developers on how to get the most out of Claude in their day-to-day workflows, contribute to shared internal frameworks and skills/plugins, and help shape how we evaluate and deploy emerging AI engineering tooling.
You will thrive in this role if you are:
- A builder at heart who leans on Claude Code to spin up prototypes in hours and scale them into production-grade systems with confidence.
- Fluent in agentic development patterns. Writing good specs for Claude, structuring repos so AI agents can navigate them, reviewing AI-generated code critically, and knowing when to delegate versus when to hand-code.
- A strong communicator who can translate between business requirements, technical realities, and what modern AI tooling actually makes feasible.
- A decision-maker who brings clarity to ambiguous technical challenges and can evaluate when an LLM-in-the-loop is the right solution versus traditional software.
- Excited by ML-enabled product development and eager to bridge software engineering with intelligent automation and agentic workflows.
What You'll Do:
- Reduced Project Risk: Technical risks on projects are significantly reduced through proactive ownership of epic-level technical design, execution, and cross-team dependency resolution accelerated by effective use of Claude for research, code review, and rapid exploration of design alternatives.
- Improved Technical Decision-Making: The team makes better technology choices through thorough research, evaluation, and documentation of potential solutions, including informed decisions on when and how to apply Claude, MCP servers, and agentic tooling versus conventional approaches.
- Stronger Client Confidence: Client and stakeholder confidence is increased by leading technical discovery sessions and acting as a technical SME during project discussions, including on the pragmatic use of LLMs and AI-assisted development in client deliverables.
- Feature & Epic Implementation: Leads implementation for features spanning multiple user stories or services, using Claude Code and agent-driven workflows to accelerate delivery without sacrificing quality.
- Architecture & Solution Design: Leads the architecture design for moderately complex solutions, often involving multiple services or systems, and chairs technical reviews including architecting LLM-powered features, agent tool integrations, and MCP server designs.
- AI Engineering Leadership: Champions best practices for working with Claude across the pod, prompt design, skill and subagent creation, context management, MCP integrations, evaluation of AI-generated code, and secure / cost-aware usage of the Claude API.
- Mentorship & Technical Leadership: Provides technical leadership within the pod, mediates code review disputes, contributes new features and skills to shared AltaML libraries, and assists in the hiring process by conducting technical interviews. Coordinates the work of other engineers and levels them up on modern AI-assisted development.
- Client Engagement & Discovery: Leads technical discovery sessions with clients to clarify requirements, define technical scope, and identify where Claude-powered features or agentic workflows unlock real product value.
- Testing & Quality Strategy: Implements higher-level testing strategies, including integration and end-to-end tests for deployed solutions, plus evaluation harnesses for LLM-powered features (regression tests for prompts, agent behaviours, and tool use).
What You Bring:
- Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Software Development, or similar
- 5+ years of experience as a full stack developer
- Demonstrable, hands-on experience using Claude (Claude Code, claude.ai, or the Claude API) as a daily driver for real software engineering work, not just casual chat use
- Proven skills at taking ideas from conception to production, including shipping features that are partly or fully built with AI-assisted workflows
- Strong working experience with Cloud Services (ideally Azure)
- Strong working experience in a modern object-oriented language
- Strong working experience writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code, and a clear point of view on reviewing and hardening AI-generated code
- Experience with Unit and API testing (e.g., xUnit, Postman, or others)
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Experience with Docker
- Proficiency with Version Control systems (VCS), including working effectively with AI agents in a git-based workflow
